Description

Concord Professional 16" Stronghold burners are capable to putting out up to 270,000 BTU and are built like tanks. This propane stove is made with a solid cast iron burner head and high temp powder coated steel frame.
This is our DROP IN WOK Edition, this means that there is a custom built wok ring that allows you to drop your 11" or wider wok into the burner. Drop in allows for a 360 degree authentic stir fry creating "Wok Hei" aka Breath of the Wok.
The Watson is your burners best mate! It serves as either a side station for your outdoor grill and burners or as a table to prop up your floor standing burners to user height.
Our Watson Station is made with 2 platforms (top and bottom) and side rails to hold your pots lid and mixing paddles and/or spoons.
We included 4 optional anti tip edge guards for users who choose to use the Watson as a stand for floor height burners. This adds extra protection from accidental bumps while burner is in use.
