We offer a 30-day hassle free return and refund policy for all products purchased directly from Concord-Cookware.com. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt. All product returns must be shipped back in their original form of packaging and include all accessories and must be sent within 30 days from submission to be eligible for a refund. You must provide your own return shipping label. Returns are refunded to the original payment method used during purchase.
For orders that arrive damaged and/or defective, we will provide a return label.
Concord Cookware, at its discretion, reserves the right to charge a restocking and repacking fee of up to 20% if products or packaging are returned in poor condition or missing components or accessories. Additionally, Concord Cookware reserves the right to withhold a refund entirely if the return substantially lacks components or accessories, or if products are damaged due to misuse or negligence.
