We offer FREE shipping on all orders!

Yes, you will receive tracking information once your order is shipped out.

We currently only ship to the continental United States (48 states). Shipping is NOT available to Alaska or Hawaii.

We offer FREE domestic ground shipping for all our products to the 48 continental US states. Orders shipped usually take between 2-5 business days to arrive once processed (subject to change).

Unfortunately, we do not provide overnight or priority shipping.

To start the return process, please send the product back to us with your own provided shipping label and email us the tracking information.

According to our return policy, we do not provide a return shipping label unless the product arrived damaged and/or defective.

Once we have received your package and checked its condition, then we will start your refund process.

If you have received a product that is damaged and/or defective, please reach out to us at info@concord-cookware.com with your order number and an image of the damage or defect. We will reply within 24 business hours.
