- The KURO Wok is crafted from nitrided carbon steel, offering superior hardness, better non stick capabilities out of the box, and naturally better resistance to rust and corrosion (compared to raw carbon steel).
- Concord Professional 16" Stronghold burners are capable to putting out up to 270,000 BTU and are built like tanks. This propane stove is made with a solid cast iron burner head and high temp powder coated steel frame.
- This is our DROP IN WOK Edition, this means that there is a custom built wok ring that allows you to drop your 11" or wider wok into the burner. Drop in allows for a 360 degree authentic stir fry creating "Wok Hei" aka Breath of the Wok.
- The Watson is your burners best mate! It serves as either a side station for your outdoor grill and burners or as a table to prop up your floor standing burners to user height.
- Our Watson Station is made with 2 platforms (top and bottom) and side rails to hold your pots lid and mixing paddles and/or spoons.
