The El Matador is Concord's commercial grade full stainless steel frame paella burner, which features an enamel coated tube burner (specifically designed for the complexities of paella cuisine). The paella pan sits directly on top giving it an even heat throughout.
Our paella stove utilizes a double ringed tube burner heating up to 90,000 BTUs (extra wide 1.2" tubes, widest in the industry), with the holes positioned slightly inwards. This feature allows for efficient and stable flames, necessary for crafting authentic paella dishes. Our burner rings are also individually controlled, so you can switch between small to large sized paella pans

Our Paella burner features 1) heavy duty stainless steel coiled handles for easy carrying. 2) Perforated heat shield underneath the burner to keep heat raising upwards and keep contents under the burner cool. 3) Extra thick stabilizer plate under the burner for stability and storage of sauces and seasoning. 4) Extra wide outer wind shield provides protection against wind. 5) Comes with a weather proof nylon cover for protection.
