My first impression is that the stainless-steel frame feels sturdy and stable, and the setup was very straightforward. What I really like is the double-ring burner system. Each ring can be controlled independently, so I can use one ring or both, depending on the size of the pan and how much heat I need. Very high quality product! Highly recommended!

- Our paella stove utilizes a double ringed tube burner heating up to 90,000 BTUs (extra wide 1.2" tubes, widest in the industry), with the holes positioned slightly inwards. This feature allows for efficient and stable flames, necessary for crafting authentic paella dishes.
