Our warranty is a 1 Year Factory Defective Limited Warranty.
What does this mean?
We will fix or replace (per our discretion) any faulty product caused by factory defect that shows signs of factory defect within 1 year from date of purchase.

Any customer who purchases a Concord item qualifies for the warranty, so long as you activate it within 30 days of date of purchase. After the 30 days have passed, an item is no longer qualified for warranty registration.
