Description
- Introducing the Genbu Hand Hammered and Blackened Knife Series. Each professional grade sushi knife is made by a master craftsmen and includes a signed authenticity card.
- Each knife includes a Japanese Magnolia Wood Sheath to protect the knives blade. Each sheath has a built in magnet to keep prevent the blade from slipping. The sheath also doubles as a stand with a built in foldable pedestal.
- This 5" Honesuki (Utility Knife) utilizes a double beveled blade crafted from 9CR18MOV carbon steel. With a Rockwell hardness of 60, this blade will serve as a workhorse by keeping its edge longer and sharper.
- Each Knife uses a traditional Japanese octagonal shaped Tortoise Shell Resin Handle. This handle is water proof and will not crack or expand over time.
- Our promise to you! Each knife is individually made by hand and rigorously inspected before earning a red dot seal at the end of the handle. If you are unhappy with what you received, simply send it back for a full refund.
