Description

NITRIDED CARBON STEEL: The wok is crafted from nitrided carbon steel, offering superior hardness, better non stick capabilities out of the box, and naturally better resistance to rust and corrosion (compared to raw carbon steel).
KURO SERIES DESIGN: Features a dark, seasoned finish that enhances non-stick properties and improves with every use over time. Seasoning instructions provided for best results.
EXCELLENT HEAT DISTRIBUTION: Carbon steel construction allows for rapid, even heat distribution, ideal for stir-frying and high-heat cooking.
VERSATILE COOKING: The traditional rounded bottom design is best for authentic stir fry tossing and is best suited for a stove with a wok ring.
DURABLE BUILD: Built to withstand the rigors of daily cooking, the wok develops a natural patina that enhances flavor and performance.
